Welcome to Elite Cleaner (“Elite Cleaner,” the “App,” the “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Elite Cleaner. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By installing or using Elite Cleaner, you confirm that:

3. Storage and File Access

4. File Deletion

You are responsible for reviewing files before confirming deletion.

Once a file has been deleted, it may not be recoverable depending on your device, operating system, storage configuration, or available recycle-bin functionality.

We are not responsible for the loss of files resulting from:

  • User-selected deletion

  • Incorrect file selection

  • Accidental deletion

  • Device malfunction

  • Operating-system behavior

  • Storage corruption

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We strongly recommend reviewing important files before deleting them and maintaining appropriate backups.

5. Duplicate Files and Photos

Elite Cleaner may identify files or photos that appear to be duplicates based on available file or media information.

Detection results may not always be perfect.

Similar or duplicate-looking files may have different content, metadata, quality, resolution, or intended uses.

You should review the results before deleting any files.

We do not guarantee that every duplicate file or photo will be detected or that every detected item is unnecessary.

6. Large Files and APK Files

Elite Cleaner may identify large files, large videos, or APK files stored on your device.

The identification of a file does not mean that the file is unnecessary.

You are responsible for determining whether a file is safe or appropriate to remove.

Deleting an APK, application-related file, or other system-related file may affect your ability to install, update, or use an application.

7. User Responsibility

You agree to use Elite Cleaner responsibly and understand that you are responsible for actions performed through the App.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with or damage the App.

  • Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.

  • Reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Advertisements

Elite Cleaner may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

Advertisements may appear within the App and may be provided based on information processed by applicable advertising services and your available privacy or consent choices.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, or suitability of products or services promoted through third-party advertisements.

Any transaction you make with an advertiser is between you and the relevant third party.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Elite Cleaner, including its design, interface, branding, logos, graphics, software, text, and other App materials, belong to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for its intended personal purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App or its content without appropriate authorization.

11. App Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Elite Cleaner at any time.

Updates may be provided to:

  • Improve functionality

  • Fix bugs

  • Improve security

  • Improve performance

  • Add new features

  • Remove outdated features

  • Maintain compatibility with operating-system changes

Some features may stop working if you do not install required updates.

12. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Elite Cleaner available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the App will:

  • Operate without interruptions

  • Be completely error-free

  • Work on every device

  • Remain compatible with every Android version

  • Detect every unwanted or duplicate file

  • Identify every large file or APK

  • Produce specific storage-recovery results

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, device limitations, operating-system changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer

Elite Cleaner is provided for storage-management and file-management purposes.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will meet every user's requirements.

  • Storage scans will identify every relevant file.

  • Cleaning results will be complete or error-free.

  • A particular amount of storage will be recovered.

  • The App will improve device speed or performance.

  • Deleted files can be recovered.

  • The App will operate without interruption or errors.

You use the App and its cleaning features at your own discretion and risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use Elite Cleaner, including losses associated with:

  • Deleted or lost files

  • Photos or videos

  • Documents

  • APK files

  • Application data

  • Device storage

  • Device malfunction

  • Data corruption

  • Service interruptions

  • Third-party services

  • Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of Elite Cleaner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, processed, and shared.

16. Termination
